Milking the Bull by the Horn
(2024)(The seventh book in the Happy Endings Dungeon series)
A novel by Jay Aury and Amanda Clover
Things are getting out of hand in the Happy Endings Dungeon no thanks to Dungeon Lord Alfie's new succubus assistant. When he tries to take charge and whip the dungeon into shape, he might just learn that he's not the one holding the handle of the whip.
Alfie is feeling like a snack to his succubus assistant Dezzy and he is facing a political movement against dungeons and a possible investigation by the Pateric Inquisition. With a lot on his mind, receiving a visit from a young woman in search of a bigger, milkier bust seems almost like a fun distraction. He sets the beauty up with a totem to give her what she desires and then pairs her off with a minotaur to satisfy her deepest yearning.
But problems seem to be breaking out all over the dungeon, with disgruntled gnomes, goblins knocking up the guests they can find, and Alfie constantly on guard against Dezzy. He even catches a demon Dezzy summoned trying to harm Myssandra in her cocoon and this sends Alfie into a rage.
A warning from a fellow Dungeon Lord about Lord Heraxon having some sort of plan involving the Pateric Church inspires Alfie to try to solve two problems at once. He sends Dezzy to the village of Galabros to bring back intelligence on the mysterious priest who just showed up in the village. But will his solution to multiple problems only make everything worse? Will he escape the inquisition or fall into an even more perilous trap? And is Myssandra actually dead?
These questions and more will be answered in this deliciously naughty installment of the Happy Endings Dungeon!
