Renovating an old house was hard, sweaty work for the four of them. Joey and Tim, and Holly and Sarah were on an ambitious job. They'd bought a large old house and were fixing it up to resell. Over the course of the summer their relationships change from business to personal, very personal. Joey finds in Sarah, a girl eager for adventure and excitement, and his own taste for pushing boundaries finds a ready reception with her. When he discovers her submissive side, they enter a darker, more thrilling phase of their relationship, one which soon draws in Holly and Tim, as the long hot summer becomes hotter still.
