Attractive, 27 year old Anna Addunizzio has a dilemma. The social service agency she had founded, a sort of center for wayward girls, is in trouble. Her best friend and the Center's bookkeeper has made off with over $225,000 of the agency's grant money. Anna may be may be implicated in the theft. The Center may fold. There will certainly be a huge scandal and Anna might find herself in trouble with the law. But Miles Devlin, the somewhat shady chief benefactor of the Center has offered her a way out. He will replace the money if Anna agrees to become his slave for a year. What should she do? But of course the Center comes first. It is her whole life.
