This is another type of story that I love to read, the reunited lovers, make it a historical story and I am in heaven.

Geoffrey and Kat met as children and as they grew into adulthood, the stirrings of love (and lust) are all around them and they give in to their passion. Her father has already promised her to another, Geoffrey ends up leaving her and she is left heartbroken.

Some years later, word reaches Geoffrey that his beloved (as he has never forgotten her) is being held against her will. He moves in to rescue and brings her back to life. It takes him a bit to convince her that she holds his heart in his hands.

Great explanations of the times during the ruling of King John and everyday life in a castle is what I truly enjoy reading plus the great romance and hot sexy scenes make it an even more enjoyable story for me.

I was so glad to have had a chance to read this book. Reunited lost loves have been tops on my reading list and this one was very good.
