Susan Hayes

My name is Susan Hayes and I'm addicted to the written word.

I've had a wild and varied career path that's ranged from selling stuffed orcas to tourists, to spending my days reading and classifying crime files for statistical analysis. But through it all, no matter what I did to pay the bills, I've always been a writer.

I'm somewhere between 35 years old and "don't ask".
I've got a cat, mortgage payments and a full time job.
I live on a stunningly beautiful island in the most temperate corner of Canada.
My hair colour changes with what some might call alarming regularity.
I've been fit and fat. Married and Divorced. A dog and a cat person. But I have come to accept I will never be tall.
